Super-Duper Creative Pty Ltd respects the privacy of our clients, suppliers, partners, website visitors and other people we interact with in the course of our work. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.

Where personal information is supplied to us by a client for a particular project, we use it only for the agreed purpose.

Third parties and specialist suppliers

We only provide information reasonably required for the services being delivered and expect suppliers handling personal information on our behalf to protect it appropriately.

Overseas and cloud-based services

Client data
Where Super-Duper handles personal information on behalf of a Council, government agency or other client, we will comply with the client's agreed privacy, confidentiality, security and data-handling requirements applicable to that project.

Individuals may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about them or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
